TERIYAKI CHICKEN BURGERS WITH GINGER MAYONAISSE

1.25 lbs ground chicken
2/3 c panko
1 egg lightly beaten
2 thin sliced green onions
3 tbs chopped 
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp asian hot chili sauce
1 tsp salt

Blend together and form 4 patties 

Make a sauce of 1/2 c teriyaki glaze plus 4 tsp honey, mixed in small bowl.

Put 1 tbsp oil in a non stick skillet over medium high heat, add chicken patties, turning and brushing with teriyaki mix for about 10 minutes or until done. Place on toasted 4 split and toasted sesame buns with 4 leaves red lettuce, cucumber (peeled, seeded and thinly sliced lengthwise) and ginger mayo. 

Ginger mayo = 1/2 c mayo, 2 tsp sweet pickle relish, 2 tsp fresh minced ginger, 2 tsp lime juice, 1 minced clove garlic and 1/4 tsp salt
