Lemon Poppyseed Muffins

4 eggs beaten
1 lemon cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 box instant lemon pudding
1/8 cup poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and pour into greased muffin cups or two loaf pans. Bake 15 to 18 minutes for muffin cups or 40 minutes for loaves.

Make a glaze of 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and pour over muffins or loaves.
