COFFEE CAKE
1 package yellow cake mix
1 regular size vanilla pudding
½ pint sour cream
4 eggs
½ c vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients together with beater or whisk. Pour half of mixture into a tube pan that has been greased and floured.
Mix together and cover half of cake mixture with:
½ tsp cinnamon
3 tsp cocoa
½ c white sugar
½ c brown sugar
½ c chopped nuts
Pour in the balance of the cake mixture and then with fork or knife blend
through the mixture in the center.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. |
