MODEL BAKERY BROWNIES

6 oz. Butter
5 oz. Unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs
2 c sugar
½ tsp salt
1 c all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp espresso
2 c chopped walnuts

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add chocolate – stir until melted. In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar and salt until thick – slowly add the melted chocolate and butter. Add flour, vanilla and espresso. Mix until blended. Fold in walnuts. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 F until firm.
